We understand that emergencies come up and that you may not be able to make your appointment. We ask that you give a 24 hour notice when cancelling your appointment so that our service providers have a chance to fill that appointment. We do have a policy at Salon 37, that after 3 no shows that our clients need to be a walk in basis or pre-pay for the full appointment when they book it.
